KEA sends and receives both academic and administrative staff members.

Staff mobility is an excellent way of strengthening the ties between KEA and partner institutions. It can help staff members broaden their horizons, expand their professional networks, share best practices, improve their language skills and experience a new culture.

Academic staff members may, in addition to teaching:

  • Shadow a lecturer from within their field
  • Help run a workshop
  • Give guest lectures
  • Participate in a research/development project
  • A combination of the above.

Administrative staff members may find that job shadowing is an ideal way to learn how colleagues at another institution tackle the challenges they face in a job similar to their own and to share their experiences and ideas with them.
