Settling in Denmark is easier if you speak a little Danish.
Although Danes tend to speak English, you’ll get a deeper connection and make friends easier, if you’re able to communicate in Danish. This is also important when you need to prepare for an internship or a job in Denmark. In return, you’re bound to build up a network – for the benefit of your social and professional life.
KEA has contracted with the language providers, UCplus, who will teach Danish on our campuses. The courses are free of charge, however a deposit of 2000 DKK is charged upon registration. The deposit will be paid back to you once you’ve completed your module.
Among other advantages, the courses will be flexibly organised to fit your schedule and you’ll be learning together with other KEA students, exclusively.
The Danish classes will take place twice a week, based on blended learning. One afternoon a week you’ll meet for classroom teaching, and another afternoon a week for online teaching.
Whether you are a Beginner or Continuer at learning Danish, UCplus will find the right course for you at KEA.
