The cosmopolitan city of Milan is a place where centuries of history and art coalesce with modern culture and a world-class economy, which results in that city in considered the capital of business, fashion and design.
Milan is also a university town, with high-level teaching, advanced research in technology, science and humanities, and a large number of foreign students (about 20,000 each year) who adds to the vibrant city’s transformation.
Designing both goods and services for industry and with industry (much like at KEA) is claimed to be the vocation of IED Milan.
