At Fontys University's Academy of Creative Industries, you have the opportunity to focus on Trendwatching, Transmedia Storytelling or create your own individual study plan.
Tilburg is a dynamic and cultural city in the midpoint region of the Netherlands, with many art events and festivals and tons of students (both Fontys and the University of Tilburg has campuses here). The Fontys ACI campus is located on the outskirts of Tilburg and is serviced by good bus connections and safe cycling routes.
Fontys has a great program for exchange students and you will instantly feel welcomed by the many student buddies, intro events and exchange friendly teachers. The classes at Fontys University are usually project-based and you will often be working in groups, but be aware that you will still be required to complete some exams in an old-fashioned way. Fall semester usually runs from end of August to mid-January.
Spring semester usually runs from beginning of February to end of June.

- Exchange students at Fontys ACI can choose to take a "minor" with pre-defined workshops and classes in a certain theme - either Transmedia Design or Trendwatching OR choose "advanced courses" and put together their own study plan.
