Laurea University of Applied Sciences is located in Espoo, which is a separate city within the Helsinki metropolitan area.
Espoo is an affluent area located on the Gulf of Finland directly to the east of Helsinki and you will find both a city environment and access to the famous Finnish nature. There are trains and buses directly from Helsinki to the campus. Learn more about Espoo (HERE).
The Laurea campus in Espoo is called Leppävaara campus and you will find here a very international environment because Laurea offers many degrees in English and has many international students. At Laurea, you will experience much project work and a practical approach to your learning – much the same as your study environment at KEA.
